The Editorial Policy of the Journal of the Academy of Sciences of National Security establishes the framework under which scholarly materials are selected, evaluated, prepared and published. It is designed to safeguard academic freedom, editorial independence and research integrity, while ensuring a transparent and fair publication process.
Editorial decisions are based exclusively on the relevance of the topic to the journal’s profile, scientific quality, originality of the contribution, clarity of argument and compliance with ethical standards. The author’s institutional affiliation, professional rank, nationality, political or religious beliefs, and any other criteria unrelated to the merit of the work do not influence the publication decision.
The Editorial Policy applies to all materials, including research articles, theoretical studies, practice-oriented analyses, reviews, papers published in thematic issues and contributions originating from conferences. Scholarly materials are subject to the same evaluation standards regardless of the author’s status or the context in which the work was produced.
