To submit a paper, the corresponding author completes the electronic form and uploads the required documents. Registration must be made using a verified e-mail address that is checked regularly throughout the editorial process.
Step 1. Corresponding author details
Enter the first and last name, academic or professional title, institutional affiliation, city and country, e-mail address and ORCID identifier, where available. The corresponding author confirms that they are authorised to communicate on behalf of all co-authors.
Step 2. Article details
Enter the title in the language of the article and in English, the summary, abstract, keywords, thematic field, manuscript language and type of contribution. The names and details of all co-authors are entered in the order agreed by them.
Step 3. Uploading files
- the anonymised manuscript in DOCX format;
- the separate authors' information sheet;
- the originality and ethics declaration;
- separate files for images or other materials, where applicable;
- the necessary approvals, agreements and permissions where required by the research.
Step 4. Author declarations
Before submission, the author confirms that the manuscript is original, is not under review elsewhere, all persons listed as authors have approved the submitted version, sources and funding have been declared, and the paper does not contain classified information, unlawfully obtained data or materials for which the necessary usage rights are lacking.
The author also declares any substantial use of generative artificial intelligence tools. Confirming statements that are untrue may lead to suspension of the review, rejection or retraction after publication.
Step 5. Registration confirmation
After submission, the system displays or sends by e-mail a confirmation and the manuscript code. If the author does not receive confirmation within a reasonable period, they should check the spam folder and then contact the journal secretariat.
